To Enroll and Log into Mobile Banking 

To Enroll:

·Log into internet banking

·Click on the options tab, scroll down to “Mobile Banking”, and hit “Edit”

·Enter your mobile phone number as 10 digits

·Choose your carrier

·Choose a 4 digit PIN.  Reenter the PIN and hit “Submit”

A notice will appear at the top of the options page stating that mobile enrollment was successful. 

Once you’ve enrolled, the system will automatically send to your mobile phone the generated OTP (one time password) and a link to be used for logging in. 

To Log In:

·Follow the link sent to your phone
·Enter

oAccess ID (same one used for internet banking)

oOne Time Password (6 digit number sent to your phone)

oMobile PIN (4 digit number chosen at setup) 

Each time you log in, the system will automatically generate a new OTP (one time password) for the next time you login. 

If you lose  the OTP email, go to: www.wahoostatebank.com/mobile.asp and click on the button that says  “One Time Password”  a new email will be generated with a new 6 digit OTP.
